Johnson County OKs Subdivision, Boundary Adjustment

Johnson County Planner Jim Waller brought a request to approve the High Chaparral Minor Subdivision before the county commission.
The proposal will subdivide a 7-acre property, owned by Kim Bollinger and located off of Klondike Road in Johnson County, to create three lots of roughly 2.34-acres each.
The Planning and Zoning Commission has reviewed the plats and recommended approval of them by the commission.
The commission voted to approve the subdivision.
Also discussed by the commission was a request by Juliet Holdings, LLC d/b/a Deer Park Campground to adjust the boundaries of five parcels of land.
The Planning and Zoning Commission also recommended approval, which the commission voted to do.
