Constitutional Duties

Wyoming Governor Mark Gordon, while addressing the joint session of the 66th Wyoming Legislature this week, said legislators have two constitutional duties that need to be addressed in the coming days.
Gordon said the balanced budget that legislators have before them is one that is frugal, well planned, transparent and forward looking.
The Governor said Wyoming hasn’t seen the end to the assault on the state’s core industries, perpetrated by the Biden Administration.
Gordon said 90 percent of state employees are earning less than what their peers did five years ago and 30 percent of the workforce in Wyoming need a second job just to make ends meet.

90% of state employees earning less pay than their peers?…30% need a second job to make ends meet?…sounds like a good reason for Wyoming state representatives to vote for pay raises for all state employees …lol
