How about they use the money to help people who are now making less money per year since the Pandemic started. Or how about helping families that are being negatively affected by all of the inflation, and are struggling to buy groceries now. Or money to help small businesses that have been affected negatively by the Pandemic. Or helping businesses that haven’t been able to hire enough help due to the pandemic. The money is supposed to be for Pandemic related help.
