The Sheridan County Commission has approved and accepted an agreement between the county and Dick Anderson Construction for them to act as the Construction Manager At-Risk (CMAR).

They will act as the CMAR on the airport’s terminal expansion and renovation project, according to Airport Manager John Stopka.

According to Stopka, having a CMAR on a project lessens the chance of change orders and other problems cropping up, and holds them accountable should their be problems, with the intent of streamlining the design and construction phases.
