Sheridan Commission Ratifies Documents, Makes Appointment

The Sheridan County Commission has ratified documents concerning a lot in the Trailside at Woodland Park Affordable Housing development.

A Release of Mortgage between the county and Excalibur Construction, Inc. for Lot 21; a Third-Party Mortgage and Note with habitat on Lot 21; a Partial Assignment of Affordable Housing Agreement Trailside at Woodland Park between Sheridan County, Assignor and the assignee for Lot 21; and another Partial Release of Mortgage between Sheridan County, Lienholder and Excalibur Construction, Inc. for Trailside at Woodland Park, Lot 22 were all ratified by the commission.

In other business, the commission approved the appointment of Susan Terry to a three-year term on the Sheridan County Fair Association Board of Trustees to begin serving January 3, 2022.
