Clear Creek Minor Subdivision Approved by County

A final plat for a proposed minor subdivision east of Buffalo along Highway 16 has been approved by the county commission.

County Planner Jim Waller gave details on the proposed three-lot parcel.

Property owner David Stewart explained that the reason for creating the subdivision is to eventually pass it down to family.

The City of Buffalo has also approved the subdivision, due to the property being located within the one-mile zone where city approval of the final plat is required.
