Governor Gordon Leads Coalition Against National Guard Vaccine Mandate Consequences
Wyoming Governor Mark Gordon and four other Republican governors signed a letter to the Secretary of Defense Tuesday asserting that disciplinary directives to National Guard members serving in a state capacity “are beyond (the Secretary’s) constitutional and statutory authority.” In the letter to Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, the Governors note that the Supreme Court has affirmed “that the National Guard is under the command and control of the Governor of each state unless those members are called to active service under Title 10.” The letter requests the Secretary reconsider directives that dictate whether training can occur, setting punishment requirements and requiring separation from a state’s National Guard for refusing to be COVID-19 vaccinated.
Gordon said under Title 32 duty status, the Wyoming National Guard is under my command and control and these directives are an overreach of the federal government’s authority. Joining Governor Gordon in signing the letter were Governor Pete Ricketts of Nebraska, Governor Kim Reynolds of Iowa, Governor Tate Reeves of Mississippi and Governor Mike Dunleavy of Alaska and Governor Kevin Stitt of Oklahoma. Good for you, Gov. No one should be forced against their will to be infused with mRNA. Bidens fascist mandates need to go. Studies have shown that omicron ‘mid term’ variant came to the US by the vaccinated, and it is much more prevalent among those who are fully vaccinated. Denmark, with an 88% vaccination rate, is now struggling with an increase in covid infections. Sorry, but its not the unvaccinated spreading this as the far left likes to claim. Stop listening to fraud fauci, and the CDC, who are probably laughing all the way to the bank from the ‘kind’ donations from BIG pharma, who is making BILLIONS of dollars from we the people for their gene therapy. Read and watch the news from overseas if you want a clearer picture of what is going on. The main stream media, and govt bureaucrats, like fauci, have a very biased agenda to maintain.

unvaccinated individuals are a drain on the medical system and occupy beds in medical facilities that could be used by others in need of hospital care…unvaccinated individuals are more likely to be part of the problem in healthcare facilities…not part of the solution

TJ…in this media comment section you previously referred to Covid a “bio-weapon”…the USA armed forces are mandating vaccination because of past and present viral spread in the military…sailors on ships and submarines at sea have fallen ill to the point they were unable to fulfill their mission at sea…large and small businesses across the world have shut down account of viral infection among employees…supply chains have been disrupted globally causing severe inflation…locally businesses have been unable at times to remain open as a result of mass employee sickness…Sheridan Memorial Hospital has time and time again stated in the Sheridan Media forum that Covid case numbers are causing employee distress and shortages of beds which is the very issue that you call “a lie”…you are lying to yourself

Thank you for cut n’ pasting the govt. bureaucrats position, but I stand by my original post, and the facts about Denmark. NY, which has 70% vaccination rate, is seeing an increase in covid cases and hospitalizations. The NFL at nearly 100% vaccinations, is seeing an increase in covid cases. Covid cases have begun to rise in Israel over the last few weeks, along with hospitalizations….Israel has a vaccination rate of 85%. Why did the FDA seek a 55 year extension from a judge regarding vaccine FOIA requests? Do some research, because this is just the tip of the iceberg. Please stop blaming the unvaccinated, mark, and wake up.

there seems to be truth to what you say regarding vaccinated becoming infected with Covid and transmitting the virus but I still believe vaccination decreases the chances of severe chronic symptoms and decreases or eliminates the longevity of hospital care and also increases the possibility of survival…so it seems most physicians also do agree on that aspect…to that end there should be a vaccine mandate…the US Supreme Court will have the final say on this matter so it seems

And please remind Mr. Jones that the supposed 55-year extension on reporting vaccine data is an outright lie- it’s been pointed out to him, but he seems to be having some short-term memory issues.
