Sheridan Commission Approves Re-zone for Vet Services

A re-zone request to allow veterinary services on a portion of property in Sheridan County has been approved by the county commission.
According to County Planner Mark Reid, Dr. Tad Tipton applied to re-zone a 2.36-acre portion of Lot 21 in the Arab Acres Subdivision from (RR) Rural Residential to (A) Agricultural.
Reid explained the reason for the request.
Tipton and the commissioners discussed the matter further.
The commission voted unanimously to allow the re-zone.

Isn’t the rule 160 area’s, Isn’t that land a bit small. What’s good for one is good for someone else. So can I cut up a 2.36 acre lot, and ad 4 lots
