Special Session Of WY Legislature To Fight President’s Mandate Could Take Place

Wyoming is preparing to push back on President Joe Biden’s covid vaccine mandate.
Governor Mark Gordon and State Attorney General Bridget Hill, are looking to see what can be done legally if and when the mandate takes effect.
Among the many issues in the mandate is that employers with 100 or more employees ensure everyone is vaccinated or tested weekly, federal workers would have to be vaccinated, as well as health care workers at medicaid and medicare participating hospitals and other health care settings.
Large entertainment venues would require proof of vaccination, and employers would have to provide employees paid time to get vaccinations.
Governor Gordon says mandates are not the right way to go, and whatever the attorney general can’t do, perhaps a special session of the Wyoming Legislature can, once there’s a better understanding of the mandate.
“I’ve asked them to start looking at bills that will make a difference, bills that can be meaningful, because really frankly we’re all a little bit upset about this, but just reacting at a moment’s notice means that we may not really know exactly what we need to push back against and what are the legal and legislative things that we can get accomplished.”
The mandate is currently being reviewed by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, which is expected to make some sort of ruling about the mandate in the near future.

More pointless pandering when we haven’t seen the actual OSHA rules yet. Kind of like when the Malignant Cheeto started claiming fraud in 2020 before a single vote had been cast because he knew he was going to get his but kicked. You’re willing to admit that we’re in a crisis but too frightened to take common sense precautions because the right wing of your party might get their feelings hurt (in case you haven’t been paying attention it’s too late for you to get back in their good graces, the new voting proposals are aimed at bringing you down as much as Cheney.) When are the perhaps mythical adults in the Republican party going to realize that freedom without civic responsibility is anarchy and that will be the legacy of all who fallow thee orange abomination.

I doubt either of them too the shot.

Bidens 6 vaccine manifesto planks are unconstitutional. Those are what I would expect from a fascist dictatorship. What is occurring in Australia, and other parts of the world, will happen here if his dictates are put into action. Biden should be impeached.

Your ministry of propaganda isnt airing whats going on with 10s of thousands protesting the fascist vaccine mandates down under, so youll have to look it up. The police have started using rubber bullets and flash bangs on the protesters. How long before live ammunition is used?
