The Museum at the Bighorns holds the Market at the Museum on the first Saturday of the month, June through September beginning at 9 a.m. and running to 1 p.m.

Executive Director Mikayla Larrow told listeners of Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse that the initial market on June 5, had a good attendance even though many events were happening in Sheridan during the weekend.

According to Larrow, many of the vendors offer pieces of art in many different mediums.

The Market at the Museum is held on the museum’s deck, allowing plenty of space for vendors and an open air event that residents and Sheridan visitors enjoy. The market has been in the works since the end of 2019, but could not launch last summer due to COVID-19.

Since the event is on the museum’s porch, vendor spots are limited. Interested individuals can learn more about the event by calling the museum or visiting their website: museumatthebighorns.org.
