Wrench Ranch Phase Two Master Plan Amendment

City of Sheridan Community Development Director Wade Sanner presented the City Council with details of a proposed resolution to amend the Wrench Ranch Phase Two Master Plan. The presentation was part of the Council study session this week. Sanner said the applicant, Bill Pugh for John E. Rice and Sons, Inc., is requesting an amendment to the Wrench Ranch Master Plan Phase Two regarding Parcel One of the agreement.
The resolution to amend the master plan will be considered for approval by the City Council at their next business meeting this upcoming Monday night.

I thought the intention of the north end reboot was to beautify the north end and get away from the industrial look that brought down that end of town and now thats exactly what you are doing…..again.
