Pat BlairSheridan Fire and Rescue is investigating the cause of a fire in a trailer on Adair Street Thursday morning.
Fire Chief Gary Harnish said the blaze was reported about 11:20 a.m. as a structure fire in the 1000 block of Adair, and when firefighters arrived, the trailer was about 50 percent involved.
In addition to the on-duty fire crew, the alarm was answered by Rocky Mountain Ambulance, the Sheridan police and Goose Valley Fire Department.
Harnish said firefighters brought the blaze under control within a few minutes of arrival, but crews stayed on the scene for a little over an hour and a half to make sure the fire was completely extinguished.
Harnish said the trailer is probably a total loss, but there were no injuries of either civilians or firefighters.
