City Gives Green Light to Cloud Peak 22nd Filing

The Cloud Peak Ranch 22nd filing, a request to subdivide property located at the southeast corner of 5th Street and the drive to Black Tooth Park in Sheridan, will move forward after receiving approval from the Sheridan City Council. City Community Development Director Wader Sanner.

Sanner said the two lots are delineated as tract A and tract B, and that tract A is proposed to be just over six acres, while tract B is proposed to be 5.6 acres.
