Perhaps WY should do what India has done. They have focused on distributing “Home Treatments Kits” to their populations. These kits include proven drugs like Hydroxychloroquine and Azithromycin as well as over the counter meds which dramatically reduce the severity and length of recovery of COVID-19. Something like this would reduce the impact experienced by hospitals.
