Sheridan County Chamber of Commerce hosts Dayton candidate forum

A Candidate Forum for Dayton Town Council and Sheridan County School District #1 candidates will be held Wednesday, Oct. 14, at 6 p.m. at the Tongue River Valley Community Center in Dayton. 

Open to the public and hosted by the Sheridan County Chamber of Commerce and organized by the Chamber Government Affairs Committee and the TRVCC, the forum will feature candidates running for Dayton City Council and Sheridan County School District #1. 

During an appearance on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse, Chamber CEO Dixie Johnson encouraged listeners to attend and bring both their questions and their face coverings. 

According to Johnson, COVID-19 guidelines will be practiced and previous  candidate forums are accessible through the Sheridan County Chamber of Commerce website.
