Department of Health Announces At-Home Saliva Tests Will Be Available Soon

The Wyoming Department of Health will soon be offering free at-home COVID-19 saliva tests for the public. Wyoming State Health Director Dr. Alexia Harrist made the announcement at a media conference this week with Governor Mark Gordon.

Dr. Harrist said that as part of the federal government’s recent announcement of the distribution of 150 million rapid tests, Wyoming will be receiving 170 thousand of those tests between now and December. She added that more details on the at-home saliva tests and rapid tests will be provided soon by the Wyoming Department of Health.
