Aaron PalmerBuffalo’s City Council has voted to approve an Access Use Agreement with Visionary Broadband for the company to access city property for the installation of fiber optics.
A representative from Visionary explained that the company has received an grant award through Connect Wyoming for CARES Act funding from the Wyoming Broadband Council for a project that she explains.
City Attorney Ben Kirven asked the council to approve Mayor Shane Schrader to sign the agreement, contingent on he and Visionary finalizing the agreement language to allow them to start the project as soon as possible, which the council did approve.
