The Western movie “Catch the Bullet” recently wrapped up filming at Buffalo’s TA Ranch, but before filming ended, Director/Producer Michael Feifer sat down with Sheridan Media to talk about the film, the decision to shoot in Wyoming, and the possibility of more projects filming here in the future.

Feifer said the positive experience and many other factors mean others may be following his example.

Feifer has been in the business for 28 years and has directed 67 movies including “Catch the Bullet.”

He has produced over 100 films and averages about 6 per year, mostly for the Lifetime and Hallmark networks but has been making Westerns most recently.

His latest release is “A Soldier’s Revenge,” and he has another Western in post production entitled, “Shooting Star.”

Two more Westerns are in the works after “Catch the Bullet” is finished.

He is busy and has a high-energy personality, which he said is needed to get these films completed in a timely manner.

“Catch the Bullet” stars Tom Skerritt, Peter Facinelli, Jay Pickett, and Cody Jones, and is currently in post production with an expected release date in 2021.

We will talk with TA Ranch owner Kirsten Giles about her experiences involving the film in an upcoming story.
