Trial Date Set for Man Charged Multiple Felonies

A bond revocation hearing and an arraignment was held Tuesday in Fourth Judicial District Court in Sheridan for Raymond Keith, who in total, has 10 different charges against him stemming from two separate incidents. District Court Judge John Fenn granted a petition to revoke and forfeit Keith’s bond on seven charges that he was arrested for in August of last year. The charges include two counts of Felony Theft, one count of misdemeanor Theft, one count of Unlawful Use of a Credit Card, one count of Fleeing or Eluding a Peace Officer, one count of Reckless Driving and one count of Driving Under Suspension. Judge Fenn set the date for the four-day trial to begin on October 26 and scheduled the pretrial conference for September 29 at 9am.


Keith was also arraigned for three separate charges that occurred on June 4th of this year when he was arrested for felony DUI- Causing Serious Bodily Injury, misdemeanor Unlawful Use of a Credit Card, and misdemeanor Driving Under Suspension. Judge Fenn set the three-day trial to begin on January 4th and scheduled the pretrial conference for December 3 at 10 am. If convicted on all counts in each of the two cases, Keith faces up to 34 years in prison and fines of up to $45,500.
