County, State Reach Agreement on Child Support Program
Sheridan County and the Wyoming Department of Family Services have both ratified a cooperative agreement with the Sheridan County Clerk of District Court for the child support program in the county.
Clerk of District Court Rene Botton brought the agreement before the county commission.
The purpose of the cooperative agreement is to specify the mutual responsibilities between the parties to receive and distribute child support payments within the county.
The agreement is in effect until June 30th of 2022.
