Sheridan County at 14 Polling Places, Absentee Ballots Up

Aaron PalmerSheridan County will have 14 polling places open for the August Primary Election,
and the county has had a huge response to the “Vote Safely Wyoming” campaign.
That’s according to County Clerk Eda Schunk Thompson, who made the announcement at the latest county commission meeting.
In response to the “Vote Safely Wyoming” campaign the county has processed more absentee ballot requests than usual, Thompson said.
According to information released Wednesday, the county has processed 3,255 absentee ballot requests that will be mailed on July 2nd.

The Primary Election will be Tuesday, August 18th, and the General Election will be Tuesday, November 3rd.
