Major Amendment to Planned Unit Development in South Sheridan Approved
Third and final reading of an ordinance to amend the Teal Springs Planned Unit Development Phase One Master Plan was unanimously approved by the Sheridan City Council at Tuesday night’s business meeting. City Planner Kelly Schroeder said that being a Major PUD Amendment, it affects all of the lots within the subdivision that is located south of Brundage Lane between Wetlands Drive and Coffeen Avenue in south Sheridan.
The City Council also approved a resolution in support of a two-percent County-Wide Lodging Tax being placed on the General Election ballot in November. Sheridan County Travel and Tourism Director Shawn Parker.
The Council also approved a revised professional service agreement with Municipal Court Prosecuting Attorney Zack Leininger. We’ll have more from the City Council meeting in future stories.
