City Council Consider Budget Amendment

A public hearing on a resolution for a budget amendment to the City’s current fiscal year budget is an item that is on the agenda for Monday night’s Sheridan City Council meeting. Sheridan Mayor Rich Bridger says following the public hearing the City Council will consider a resolution for budget amendment #1.

A resolution certifying that the City Council has reviewed the final plat of the Bucking Iron Business Park, a County subdivision located within the Joint Planning Area, will be considered by the City Council. The proposal is to subdivide 20 acres into six industrial use lots at 170 East Ridge Road. The resolution was tabled by the governing body at their last business meeting in December.

The Council will also be considering a resource allocation up to $5,000 for the 2026 WYO Winter Rodeo. The City Council will meet Monday, January 5 at 5:30 pm in Council Chambers located on the third floor of Sheridan City Hall.
