Hageman Announces Bid for Senate
Several days after U.S. Senator Cynthia Lummis (R-WY) announced that she would not be seeking reelection for her seat in 2026, Congresswoman Harriet Hageman announced her candidacy for the Senate. Hageman began serving as Wyoming’s lone representative in the U.S. House of Representatives in 2023 after beating incumbent Liz Cheney in a landslide vote in the 2022 election. Wyoming Secretary of State Chuck Gray endorsed Hageman’s campaign for U.S. Senate.
President Donald Trump, in a post on Truth Social, endorsed Hageman by saying that she has “always delivered for Wyoming, and will continue to do so in the United States Senate.”

In light of Harriet Hagemans political ambitions Wyoming voters need to make a stark decision. Will the Wyoming lifestyle be subject to “big business” interests? Regardless of what Donald Trump or Harriet Hageman desire Wyoming voters must decide whether Wyoming land and the Wyoming “lifestyle” is for sale to the highest bidder. Sell your soul for some dollars?
