Sheridan Commission OK’s Minor Subdivision

Sheridan County’s Commissioners have considered a Minor Subdivision application.

County Planner Mark Reid explained that Oracion De San Francisco, LLC had applied for a subdivision permit on a 7.26-acre property zoned UR-Urban Residential.

The applicant wants to create two parcels, one at 5.73 acres and another at 1.53 acres, fronting on Girls School Road and Big Horn Avenue (State Highway 332).

Proposed Lot 2 contains one single-family dwelling and associated outbuildings while Lot 1 is a marshy, poorly-drained area.

The Planning & Zoning Commission voted 4-0 to recommend approval with some minor conditions.

The county commission voted to approve the Casa De Labranza Minor Subdivision.
