A female, Christina Morlan, was behind the wheel and Brower was in the passenger’s seat. A two-year-old child was in the backseat. A search of the vehicle yielded various drug paraphernalia and 36 grams of methamphetamine. The couple were transporting the methamphetamine from Washington state to Kansas.
