Aaron PalmerCardboard has made a rebound in the recycling market, according to Buffalo City Works Director Les Hook.
During the recent city council meeting, hook was asked if there was an increase in any materials that were thrown out, ending up in the county landfill while the recycling center was closed this spring.
Hook said there was a major increase in cardboard at the landfill.
Hook said the recycling center had made between $600 and $700 per load of cardboard they had recently sent out, and that was after paying the truck to haul it to the recycler.
