Buffalo Council Adopts Capital Improvements Plan

The Buffalo City Council has adopted their latest five-year, 2024-2028 Capital Improvements Plan (CIP) after it was presented to them during their last regular meeting.

Mayor Shane Schrader explained what Resolution No. 1487 would do when adopted by the council.

According to AI, a CIP is a multi-year plan to identify, prioritize, and budget for major infrastructure projects and typically include a list of capital projects and equipment, prioritizing them, listing possible financing plans, justification for the projects or equipment, and a timetable for them.
