Sheridan Commission OKs Subdivision Permit

The Sheridan County Commission, during their October 15 meeting, considered approval of a subdivision permit for lands that were previously platted in an existing subdivision, to create the new Sunset Ridge Subdivision.

County Planner Mark Reid gave more details on the application.

Reid said final plats do not go to the Planning Commission, but staff recommended approval with six minor conditions.

The commission voted to approve the final plat for the subdivision.
