Two Florida residents are dead after being involved in a 2-vehicle head-on crash just west of the Ranchester town limits.
The Wyoming Highway Patrol says at around 8:15am on Monday, October 7th, two separate vehicles were traveling in opposite directions on US Highway 14, when they collided head-on in the eastbound lane.
It is unknown who was in which vehicle.
79-year old John Ori and 73-year old Jay Foose were killed in the crash and one other person was injured.
The Patrol says speed and driver inattention were contributing factors in the crash.
Ori and Foose are the 79th and 80th reported fatalities on Wyoming highways this year, compared to 111 this time last year.
