Buffalo City Works Gives Updates on Projects

Buffalo City Works Director Kevin Silbernagel, in his report to the city council this week, Updated them on the various city projects either underway or in the planning stages.

He discussed the Outdoor Pool that had to be shut down earlier than planned to deal with a broken pipe under the pool structure itself.

He gave the latest on the Buffalo Wells Project, explaining that he date for the bid opening for the pipeline portion of the project has been pushed back to August 29 at 2 p.m.

He was asked about a recent road closure on North DeSmet Avenue, which he said was the homeowner repairing their sewer line.

Finally, he reported that WYDOT’s Buffalo Main Street Project has shifted to focus on the North end of town from Hart Street to the I-90 interchange.
