American Legion Candidate Forum Coming Thursday in Buffalo

The American Legion Powder River Post 13 and the American Legion Auxiliary will host a candidate forum this Thursday, July 18 at the American Legion Hall in Buffalo.

According to a release from the organization, their members want the voters of Buffalo and Johnson County to be informed when they go to the voting booth on August 20 during the Primary Election.

Candidates for Johnson County Commissioner, State Representative for House District 40, State Senator for Senate District 22, and Buffalo City Council will be speaking at the forum.

No questions will be taken from the audience during the event.

The candidate forum will be Thursday evening beginning at 6 p.m. at American Legion Post 13 located at 18 Veterans Ave.

The public is welcome to attend.
