Wyoming Department of Workforce Services Employment Specialist Maggie Randall made an appearance on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse to alert folks to the upcoming Career Fair scheduled from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Wednesday, April 24, in the Golden Dome on the Sheridan College Campus.
For job seekers in Sheridan, it’s a worker’s market. Some employers that are scheduled to be in attendance at the Career Fair have shared intentions to conduct interviews and even hire suitable candidates on the spot. Randall suggests job seekers have more than one resume in-hand, to dress in business casual attire and be prepared for an interview.

For anyone who may not have experienced a job interview in the past or perhaps have never been required to submit a resume, the process may be a little intimidating. Randall invited anyone who may need a little help to schedule an interview with the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services. Randall and her team are prepared to give tips, run mock interviews and provide critical feedback that may help put potential employees ahead of the competition.
