Lease Agreement Authorization

The City of Sheridan owns the residence at 476 Marion Street. The Sheridan City Council Monday night will be considering a resolution authorizing City Administrator Stu McRae to enter into residential lease agreements between the City and new city employees. McRae said the house at 476 Marion will provide temporary housing for newly hired employees of the City.

McRae said the residential lease agreement terms will be month-to-month and no longer than six months per lease agreement.
