Jo Co Historical Society to Present Talk on Search & Rescue

A discussion on the History of Johnson County Search & Rescue will be presented by the Johnson County Historical Society (JCHS) early next month.

According to information provided by the JCHS, former Captain of Search & Rescue Dave Loden, and current Lieutenant McKay Fleck will be discussing the history of the organization, the changes in tactics and technology over the years, and share stories and pictures from the beginning until now.

The program is scheduled for Monday, February 4 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Twing Room at the Johnson County Library in Buffalo.

The discussion is free and open to the public to attend.
