Buffalo Council Passes Animal Ordinance Amendment on First Reading

Buffalo’s City Council has passed on first reading an amendment to an existing Ordinance pertaining to animals and fowl in the city limits.
Ordinance No. 1416 will amend Chapter 4 , Articles I and II of city code concerning dogs, cats, rabbits, livestock and fowl.
After he read the Ordinance, Mayor Shan Schrader was asked what the amendment to code will do when passed.
The Ordinance will require two more readings before it is fully passed.
