Sheridan Commission Approves Vacation in Addington Minor Subdivision

Sheridan County’s Commissioners considered and then approved a vacation request for a tract of land in the Addington Minor Subdivision in Sheridan County.

Sheridan County Planner Mark Reid explained that Chad and Lora Saeler had filed a Certificate of Partial Vacation to vacate Tract No. 3 of the Addington Minor Subdivision that would effectively delete a 10-acre area from the officially recorded subdivision plat.

He then gave more details on the applicants’ request.

According to Reid the County Planning & Zoning Commission voted 3-0 to recommend approval of the vacation, which the commission approved.
