US Air Force Academy Band featured opener for season of Concerts in the Park

Sheridan’s Concerts in the Park has announced they are honored to present the United States Air Force Academy Concert Band as the 2023 Season Opener.  

The concert will begin at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 4, in Kendrick Park, located on Badger Street and West Loucks Street.  

The United States Air Force Academy Concert Band proudly represents the Air Force Academy, the leading institution for educating, training, and inspiring men and women to become US Air Force officers of character. The Concert Band is composed of 50 active-duty Air Force professionals and is one of nine Academy Band ensembles. 

In addition to performing for Air Force troop morale, recruiting, and community outreach events, the group often appears on radio and television broadcasts and presents educational performances and clinics at national music conferences.
