Sheridan Commission Awards Service Contract on Historic Jail

Sheridan County’s Commissioners have awarded a contract for architectural services for the interior rehabilitation of the historic 1913 Sheridan County Jail to MOA Architecture of Casper.
Administrative Assistant Cameron Duff gave a more detailed description of what the contractor will be required to do.
The contract specifies that MOA will provide an assessment of the rehabilitation needed on the interior of the building to restore woodwork, wood flooring, and historic elements to improve functionality for current government offices housed in the building.
The amount of the contract is a not-to-exceed cost of $17,500 with a term on the contract from May 16 through August 18, 2023.
