Sher Co to Consider Contract for Historic Jail Renovation

Sheridan County’s Commissioners, at their meeting Tuesday, will consider a contract between the county and MOA Architecture for the interior renovation assessment of the historic jail.
Also on the agenda are resolutions to amend the rules and regulations on building standards, and the division of land.
The commission will also consider a contract with the Department of Health for the county’s Public Health Preparedness and Response Unit; and consider the annual contract with Public Health Officer Dr. Benjamin Widener.
A six-month extension of the Subdivision Improvement Agreement for the Powder Horn Estates, Phase 1 and the reduction in the amount of the letter of credit will be discussed.
The meeting will begin at 9 a.m. Tuesday morning in the Second Floor Board Room, #220, in the Sheridan County Courthouse Addition.
