Casper Woman Arrested in Abortion Clinic Arson Case

An arrest has been made in the arson of the Wellspring Health Access Clinic in Casper. Sheridan Media’s Ron Richter has the details.
On Tuesday, March 21, 22-year-old Lorna Roxanne Green of Casper was arrested and charged with arson of a facility engaged in interstate commerce. The Casper Police Department, FBI and ATF made the arrest in Casper following an extensive investigation. Green is accused of setting fire to the Wellspring Health Access Clinic in Casper on May 25, 2022. The abortion clinic was scheduled to open June 14, 2022. According to the Department of Justice, through witness accounts and video surveillance, investigators identified a suspect who had gained entry by breaking a window, pouring gas in the facility, then leaving just prior to the reporting party calling in suspicious activity. On March 3, 2023, the Casper Police Department, with the assistance of an anonymous donor, issued a media release soliciting the public for leads in the case, with an additional $10,000 reward. Shortly after that, several tipsters identified a potential suspect, which led to the filing of charges after additional investigation.
If convicted, Green faces a minimum of five years and up to 20 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000. A federal district court judge will determine any sentence after considering the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors.

She broke into a building, poured gas, and lit it on fire. In what capacity is she a hero? Her, and obviously you, are not fit to be roaming freely in our society.
