Sheridan Commission Denies Lease Amendment for Falcon Car
An amendment to the lease agreement between the Sheridan County Airport Business Park and Falcon Car Corporation has been denied by the Sheridan County Commission.
The amendment to the agreement would have extended the completion of the construction of the proposed buildings and improvements to the site to within five years of the original agreement dated February 16, 2021.
After the meeting, Airport Manager Robert Gill explained what was being requested and why.
Gill said Stefan Amraly, with Falcon Car Corporation, was asking for an additional three years to finish construction from the original agreement, which would have pushed the completion of construction to 2026.
The commission, during discussions on the matter, said they would like to see come movement toward completion of the project and voted unanimously to reject the request for the additional three years to be added to the agreement.

This guy is a con-artist from day one. Check out his dealings of the past back east. Shady, to say the least.
