YMCA offers workshop to help parents of infants

The Sheridan County YMCA is offering a Holistic Wellness Program for Infants and Toddlers up to three years of age.

Back in Spring of 2022, the Sheridan County YMCA offered a workshop intended to help expecting parents through the pregnancy journey. Taking the next step along with parents, the Y will be offering a workshop providing new parents with information based on their child’s age and stage of development beginning March 14.

Sheridan County YMCA Executive Director Liz Cassiday announced the upcoming workshop while appearing on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse program. 

Featuring professionals from Willow Creek Counseling, the Wyoming Department of Health and the YMCA to give instruction, tips, advice and answer questions of Sheridan’s new parents.

The workshop cost is $55 and will begin at 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday evenings beginning March 14 – May 2.
