Alley Vacation Request Approved

A request to vacate a little over 1,900 square feet of the east-west alley adjacent to lots one through six, block 18  of the Coffeen Second Addition Subdivision was recently considered and approved by the Sheridan City Council. Community Development Director Wade Sanner.

Sanner said the vacation request did go out for notice to property owners within a 300-foot radius and the City did not receive any public input on the issue.
