Buffalo Council Passes Second Reading of Re-zone Ordinance

The Buffalo City Council at their regular meeting Tuesday night, passed a second reading of an Ordinance that will re-zone a section of the Burlington Addition to the City of Buffalo.

The Ordinance will rezone portions of Lot 9, and Lots 10 and 11 in Block 28 of the Burlington Addition from R-1 Single Family Residential to R-2 Multi-Family Residential.

According to City Planner Toby Rhoads, the Ordinance will bring an existing, non-conforming facility into compliance with city zoning regulations once it is passed by the council.

The Ordinance will need to pass a third reading by the council.
