Employment Discussed at JCHC Board Meeting

During the recent meeting for the hospital board of trustees of the Johnson County Healthcare Center, Chief Executive Officer Luke Senden discussed employment, touching on a new employee in human resources and the vacancy in the lab.

Senden talked about the new human resources manager.

Senden said he feels that Hall has a calm demeanor and has skills in leadership development and customer service and should be a good addition to the facility.

He will start his new position on October 10.

The JCHC is still searching for a lab manager and are expecting a current lab technician to leave later this year, so they will begin a more intense search to fill those positions.
