Sheridan County Approves Minor Subdivision

The Sheridan County Commission reviewed and then approved a minor subdivision application during their meeting this week.

The subdivision, according to County Planner Mark Reid, is for a 10-acre property in the Guy Wood Ranch Subdivision roughly one mile west of Sheridan.

The applicant applied to form two lots on the property, one just over 8 acres and the other 2 acres.

Reid said the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the application with one condition, which he explained to the commissioners.

The commissioners approved the minor subdivision with the one condition recommended by the Planning Commission.
