Sheridan Commission Takes No Action on Vacation of Property

The Sheridan County Commission chose not to take any action on a proposed vacation of a public right-of-way in the Suburban Homes Company Addition.

As explained by County Engineer Ken Muller and Deputy County Attorney Clint Beaver during the commission’s recent meeting, the county has no jurisdiction and cannot legally make a decision in the matter.

The commission took no action and the item died for lack of a vote.
