Council to Address East 5th Street Corridor Project and Golf Course Fees

An item of consideration at the upcoming Sheridan City Council meeting will be the concurrence award through WYDOT for the East 5th Street Corridor Project. An existing agreement between WYDOT and the City of Sheridan for the design and construction of the East 5th Street Corridor Project was approved in 2019. City of Sheridan Mayor Rich Bridger.

The Council will also be considering setting the fees for the next three seasons at Kendrick Municipal Golf Course.

The Council will also be considering third and final reading on the Val Vista Rezone ordinance and the ordinance for the Cloud Peak Storage Planned Unit Development Rezone. The Council meeting will take place Monday night at 7 in Council Chambers on the third floor of Sheridan City Hall.

    I hope the 5th St and Sheridan Ave. intersection will be addressed. After a train passes or at busy times, it can be a really congested area. As it is a bypass, Sheridan Ave has become a very busy street.
