The 2.8 billion dollar budget was adopted by the Wyoming Legislature on March 7 and signed by Governor Gordon on March 10. Gordon, in a recent news conference on the budget, talked about energy independence.
Gordon was asked if he thought the budget did enough to address the issue of mental health in Wyoming.
At the beginning of the session, 279 bills and resolutions were numbered for introduction. 116 bills in total were passed by the Wyoming Legislature during the 20-day budget session.
